Returns

NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGES ONLY within 10 days of receiving your shipment.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective items and are subject to availability of the same item. You must notify us at info@dooleymade.com within 2 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • In unused, as-new condition
  • Returned with a printed receipt showing your order number

Returns will be processed within two business days of being received.

For exchanges, please include $6 for return shipping (check or money order only).

Shipping Responsibility:

  • Domestic customers: you are responsible for shipping the item back to Dooley Made.
  • International customers: You are responsible for both sending the return and paying for shipping the exchanged item back to your country.
